Assist with newborn deliveries, following patients birth plans when able, providing emotional support. Care for critical newborns in the special care nursery. Provided postpartum care to mothers and their newborns and providing new parent education.

Provided and assisted with managing patient care in a critical access hospital while also caring for those with emergencies in the ER. Administered critical care, skilled care, medications. Played many as an RN such as registration, case manager, dietary, PCT and more.

Provided primary care to critical patients in the cardiac ICU. Followed prescriber orders, administered medications and used critical thinking skills.

Assisting with internal staffing needs in various facilities in ICU, Med/Surg and Labor and Delivery. As a travel/agency nurse it is the responsibility to provide safe patient care. Adapt quickly to new facilities and their policies and procedures.
