1.Drug Discovery Analysis Using Machine Learning - Bioinformatics.
Description: Bioinformatics is defined as the application of tools, computation, analysis to capture the bioactivity data and interpretation of biological data. To develop or to discover the drug, the biological information of proteins, cells, RNA'S, DNA are required to analyze those functional behavior of compounds structures, physical and chemical properties. For example: In the process of discovering a new protein sequence, it utilizes the known/ existing sequences in order to compare the similarities or features of the newly discovered sequence. By looking, that can roughly tell us about the functioning of the newly discovered sequence of protein. I have worked in various modules like data collection and cleaning the data also removing duplicate data.
Also studied about various algorithms for finding out the suitable one and stored in an organized manner.
2. Crop Recommendation using machine learning.
Description: Abstract Agriculture is an important industry in India. It is essential for the survival and growth of the Indian economy. India is a large producer of a variety of agricultural products. Soil is an important factor in crop cultivation. Soil is a non- renewable dynamic natural resource that is necessary for life. Previously, crop cultivation was done by farmers who had hands-on experience. Farmers are no longer able to choose the best suitable crop based on soil characteristics and features. So, a recommendation system has been developed that employs machine learning algorithms to recommend the crop that can be harvested in that particular soil.
Here I worked on different soil types and performed various calculations using machine learning to find out the best suitable weather conditions for crops.
