Managed daily operations at a local family restaurant.
2. 1989 -1991 - General Manager Tim Horton Donuts; then promoted to District Manager from 1991 to 2007. My duties were to supervise several locations in Western New York; Five were Full Stores and 13 were kiosks in malls, gas stations, and colleges.
3. Diocese of Buffalo. I was originally hired as Community Life Manager. Facilitated community programs and events that supported outreach efforts and generated revenue for the parish. I had several events and church road trips to different parts of the state and out of state which as a result became well-known a friendly environment. One popular event was called the "Breakfast Bash", which twice a year reached a goal of $20k-$25k each event. The "Bash" was on a Sunday morning and on average we served 400 - 600 meals. The money generated helped us open one the largest Food Pantries in Buffalo. We served over 1400 families per month with groceries.
4. Promoted to Business Manager of the campus in 2009 and organized community events. As Business Manager I was responsible for all financials; including reporting to our Finance Committee once a month. Some of my duties were to supervise employees, manage vendors and assist with special events at Church. Communication, along with exceptional teamwork was extremely important when organizing funerals, weddings, and baptisms. I retired in December 2025.
