Building maintenance

  Painting skills; basic touch up painting, apply painters tape, drop cloth, paint brush, painters roller, getting paint matched at a paint store.
  Drywall skills; basic drywall repair, apply putty with putty knife, apply repair patches, sand with either sand paper or sanding block.
  Plumbing; basic pluming troubleshooting and repair, operating drain auger, closet auger.
  HVAC skills; inspections for preventive maintenance, checking capacitors, checking contactor's, cleaning condenser coils, evaporator coils, replacing air filters periodically, troubleshoot, identify, and repair basic repairs. Apply coolant with coolant tank, HVAC scale and HVAC manifold gauges, eye protection, and safety gloves. Change gaskets on kitchen freezers, and refrigerator doors. Walk in coolers / freezers basic maintenance and repair.
  Voltage meter; use voltage meter to check detect voltage, continuity, micro-amps, resistance.
  Duke, as well as Taylor soft serve ice cream machine and Misty machine, weekly cleaning, service and repair. Testing product after cleaning with weight per cup, or refractometer as needed.
  Ceiling Tiles; measure, cut, and install unsearvicealbe ceiling tiles as needed.
