As a product specialist, my responsibility is to proudly represent Apple through various contributing forms such as:

• Creating an amazing and seamless experience for the customer by uncovering their needs and providing meaningful solutions
• Advising, selling, and getting the customer set up with their new devices
• Engaging as a teammate with the rest of the team to maintain an open and productive environment
• Learning product knowledge to more accurately assist with customers wants and needs

As a receptionist working for Shag Salon, I basically represented myself as the face of the salon. Receptionists were the first people whom clients engaged with.

• Welcomed guests and clients in an upbeat and friendly manner.
• Directed clients to appropriate personnel to address concerns, resolve complaints or answer account-related questions.
• Managed and controlled office supply inventory to ensure timely ordering or requisition of depleted or low-level stock.
• Answered and directed incoming calls using multi-line telephone system.

Being a Lash Consultant meant not only representing the location I was working at, but representing the entire company itself.

• Delivered an exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions.
• Reviewed inventory levels during shifts and placed orders to replenish supplies, including lash products, cleaning supplies, and merchandise inventory.
• Educated guests on daily specials and discount offerings, enabling decisions on purchasing memberships and products.
• Pitched in with laundry duties, including washing, drying and folding towels during busy periods, ensuring consistent workflow.
• Maintained detailed records of what customers wanted and ordered, helping to increase profits when those customers returned at later date.

As a Bayhost and Event Ambassador, I was considered a "special waitress" due to obtaining more responsibilities and opportunities to ensure that guests received the service they were expecting and more.

• Guided guests through dining rooms and provided needed assistance, including handing out menus, serving drinks, and assisting with the company golfing system.
• Prepared banquet room for next function by resetting room according to supervisor's specifications.
• Managed closing duties, including restocking items and reconciliation of cash drawer.
• Resolved complaints from guests by listening to issues and providing a solution
• Prepared and maintained buffet and salad bar by checking temperatures, restocking food, removing dirty containers and monitoring potential avenues of contamination.

My contribution to the company included assisting and working directly behind the head manager in which I achieved skills in organizing files, inserting data using Excel software and being of an assistance in department meetings.
