Position Summary:
A Starbucks Barista is responsible for creating and serving high-quality beverages and food items, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other Starbucks beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments at the register.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies (cups, coffee beans, syrups, food items).
• Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Build connections with customers and create a positive Starbucks “third place” experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• No formal education required; training provided.
