• Organization Hierarchy and Roles: The application stores detailed customer data, including organizational hierarchies, roles within those organizations, and contact information
• Personalized Notes and Discounts: Representatives can add personalized notes and offer discounts to customers based on their credibility and history
• Notification Preferences: Customers' preferences for receiving notifications or reports can be managed and updated in the system
• Mailing and Shipping Addresses: CDC keeps a record of all customer mailing and shipping addresses
