As a cook/waitress at Huddle House, I accomplished many tasks. On Sunday mornings I would come in and do inventory, then I would help cook in the kitchen. Sometimes I cooked on the grill, and sometimes I worked the fryers/eggs. In between breaks and meals, I would clean up and try and keep my area as tidy as I could. Sometimes when I worked nights I would cook by myself and even close. In which I would have to make sure everything was stocked and clean for the morning shift to come in. These tasks taught me responsibility and so much more.
