I am actively looking for a part-time as a senior attending the University of South Florida. I will be graduating in May of 2026 with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Children's Behavioral Healthcare.
-Faxed and uploaded patient sleep study results and medical records.
-Created and sent APAP prescriptions for doctor to sign.
-Monitored APAP orders and communicated with various DME companies. (Apria Healthcare, AdaptHealth, Lincare, etc.)

I was cross-trained in multiple positions within the company: intake coordinator, shipping coordinator, and triages. I am familiar with discussing copays with the patient, processing patient payments and scheduling appointments. I also received an award and bonus for perfect attendance.
During my time there, I also handled patients that participated in a CBT-I, which is cognitive-behavioral therapy for people dealing with insomnia. This was an alternative way to treat insomnia without the use of medication.
