- Started as stower at night shift. Regularly top 3 stower and worked varied hours due to several shift changes.
- Became Learning Ambassador within 2 months as well as Problem Solver. Performed 2 dozen onboardings. Enhanced new hire employee skills with several ways to improve stow rate as well as safety protocol.
- Led physical training sessions for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and workflow with self created physical demonstrations on how to use equipment to expedite product efficiently.
- Hand picked by L5 to move to RTS and Grading project.
- Quickly learned to multi task multiple drivers arriving to drop off packages. Deep diving to figure out why packages had come back and to resolve driver's issues with Driver Support and devices. Working with DSP's to maximize deliveries.
- Working along side LORE engaging with DA's, wrapping pallets to put onto trailers also collaborating with HLA8 management for DFC trailers, grading trailers, as well as haul away trailers working in concert.
- Monitored driver's for signs of safety concerns and consistently escalated issues to management.
- Apart of thriving Grading Amazon project. Loaded over 40 trailers with Graded packages. Roughly 16 pallets per trailer and to date have recouped roughly 1 million dollars in merchandise.
