  • I was a customer service manager, that is in charge of running the front end on shifts, including customer service desk, the office, the front end of the store and gas station. I lead my team of associates during the day and assign roles, and also assign job duties.
  • I have to manage a variety of tasks throughout the day including curbside delivery orders, making sure all scheduled breaks are following through, dealing with customer and employee complaints, and assisting other managers throughout the store I am also a MOD at the store which is a general manager, When the store manager leaves for the day or is not there for the day. I am in charge of the entire store and everything within, temperature checks constantly, inventory checks, department checks, and customer complaints, I have to unload all trucks that come in, and deal with all emergencies.
  • Also build displays, deal with inventory, supply and general ordering, Asset protection.
  • While CSM/Operations manager I held very good inventory scores, along with keeping turnover low in my direct oversight. Reduced complaints from staff and customers, and created increased cross training synergy among staff in different departments, this caused us to decrease turnover by increasing parttimer hours and filling needed shifts outside of home job. I maintained perfect audit company scores, and had great fundraiser turnout.
