• Crown / T-Mobile 70+ Anchor builds in MoKan. Various scopes to include 200 Amp power upgrades, fiber-to-site and generator sets.

In charge of all aspects of converting the Nextel generators to the Sprint RAN build. This includes sub-panels and modifications for existing Telco and power requirements. Testing and actual turnup of generators and rerouting and installing of Appleton plugs. 

Averaged 65 sites built per month for Sprint Network Vision RAN.
Leader of an aggressive 2nd and 3rd quarter build out, while managing 15 field construction managers.
Responsible for approval of 90% CD’s prior to construction.
Supervised close out package process while coordinating with FCM’s, resulting in a 24 hour turnaround to the client and to the contractor if a return trip is required.
