I am a dedicated professional with knowledge in not only the many aspects of recruitment, but also the Government Affairs and Public Policy fields. During my work as an Recruitment Intern ALKU Consulting Services, I am focused on using effective recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines to meet employment needs while leveraging traditional and online methods to bring in top talent. During my time at Global Partners LP, I developed my business communication skills and learned extensively how to monitor state and local policy while working on daily projects and tasks in Government Affairs. These experiences give me a more broad skillset and allow me to be able to perform a variety of job responsibilities.
