- Since I have worked here I learned and trained people in all positions in the burning department
- Stating in the holding room as a transfer#1 operator, I loaded freshly stacked brick into it's specific dryer. I was shortly moved to the kiln tech position.I was then moved to the transfer#2 operator, in this position.
- In the kiln tech position my job was to maintain the upkeep on all 3 kilns, 9 dryers, and 3 scrubbing system's
- While in this position I learned to light, set, and keep each kiln at it's specific temperature setting's while maintaining any and all breakdowns or malfunctions
