I have learned a lot from my current position. I have worked with contractors and engineers with several projects within the plant on several different systems. I have worked primarily with Allen Bradley controllers and Panelviews. As an electronic specialist I am "on call" while at the plant as well as being available while at home. I have been tasked with anything from running conduit to writing/creating panelview programs and using/writing ladder logic. My primary job is too keep production lines running and assist with troubleshooting.

• Initiated pump and delivery schedule changes, monitored tank inventories, meter counts, line pressures and temperatures for maximum equipment capacity.
• Inspected plant activities on screens and computers to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Tracked and recorded status of operational systems using applicable journals, and control system tools.
• Reported complex issues and conditions to management for specialized diagnosis and repair.
• Monitored control panel data to ensure plant operations were within parameters.

Provided and kept production supplies for production lines for several different products.

Was hired on at the plant to run the bean blancher. I was tasked with supplying blanched beans to production lines while operating a steam blancher. Would fill in on the production lines as operator/laborer as needed.
