Over the past 13years, I have been fortunate enough to pursue a coaching career in soccer after relocating to the US from England. This enriching journey has allowed me to refine my skills and progress into more managerial and directorial role. As I advanced in my career, I seized the opportunity to broaden my skills on the business side of sports. This journey has strengthened my skill set in various areas, including planning and scheduling, effective communication, staff management, research, public speaking, customer service, and budgeting.
The decision to transition away from coaching was a challenging one, driven by my commitment to spending more quality time with my young family. I believe that this career change is the right choice for my family's well-being. It aligns with my desire for a more balanced work-life schedule while allowing me to leverage my extensive experience and skills in a different capacity.
