• Production executive on a high budget, global, horror genre television show (title TBD, 2024). Coordinate location scouting and sourcing of local production companies for an extreme arctic environment. Collaborate with producers and showrunner to set up an ideal writer's room. Helped facilitate a likely tax incentive increase to 35% for our show to utilize in Iceland by connecting our SVP of Global Incentives with our local production company and Government Magistrates.
• Responsible for setting up and executing all in house writers rooms for HBOMax, including finding and renting space, arraigning for covid testing, furniture rental and delivery, processing timecards and computer rentals.
• Track asset storage across all HBO/HBOMax shows by keeping an up to date grid outlining cost, contract windows, storage information and assisting Screenbid on handling of prop/costume auctions.
• Analyzing show budgets during prep and cost reports during production for accuracy and cost saving strategies.
• Handle a variety of departmental duties including interviewing new assistants, updating tracking grids, planning parties/special events etc.
• Examine all DGA paperwork for completeness and submission to the guild.

• Manage phones, calendar, and travel on a fast paced desk while assisting with a variety of specific administrative and creative tasks.
• Cover and break down scripts for scheduling and coordinate scouting locations around the globe for major feature productions.
• Interact with Producers, Line Producers, and UPM's in order to track workflow of materials and contracts for timely and effective processing.
• Proficient in both Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting to produce a draft of the document before a Line Producer comes onto a project.
• Manage relationships with Vendors and various production entities worldwide in order to arrange meetings, or during proposal of film locations.

Additional Covid Responsibilities:

Utilized science background to take on additional tasks beyond the day to day to support HBO production and help navigate the Covid-19 crisis including:

• Member of the 4-person team which authored the new Covid production manual
  - Led a committee of Producers and Executives to spearhead logistics and purchasing of specialty sanitation supplies and products which involved detailed research, company outreach, and sourcing.
• Member of the WarnerMedia Return To Work (RTW) taskforce consisting of Producers, Covid Compliance Officers, and Executives to manage the on-site responsibilities of production during the pandemic and identify necessary improvements.
  - Responsible for communicating policy changes and provide weekly updates to entire HBO Production team.

• Conduct research and development on Multikine, Cel-Sci's flagship cancer treatment.
• Responsible for designing and implementing an in depth training program for all new laboratory technicians, detailing the advanced production processes.

• Worked on location in the Pentagon conducting scientific research for the department of Homeland Security.
• Obtained a "Secret" security clearance.
