Driven by an overwhelming passion for Cannabis and excellence in not only the end product, but the cultivation practices implemented to get there. I started as a Grow Tech 10 years ago and worked my way up the proverbial ladder with a position in each department. I excelled as a General Manager/Lead Cultivator at SCG Holdings, which is owned by Schwazze, managing a 96,000 ft^2 facility and leading a team of 25+ to surpass yield and potency goals set by the ISC VP. I went on to lead the team to earn 4 well deserved trophies and winning First place overall in the Cannasseur Cup, the largest cannabis competition in Colorado. I am looking to take my talents and skillset to a new facility that I can succeed side by side with.

- Created unique forms of post-harvest drying and directly overseeing environment daily.
- Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
- Designed all irrigation across multiple facilities with a total of 40+ miles of irrigation lines in total.
- Familiar with operation and service of all Twister brand trimmers as well as many from the Triminator line.
- Oversaw remediation of product that had failed state mandated testing
