  • Reorganized a poorly trained, poorly equipped, non-operational SWAT team. Re-allocated the budget bringing in outside trainers to certify each operator. Developed training criteria conforming to higher training standards. Impact: We were able to procure $30,000 worth of new updated weapons and equipment and maintain a fully operational 12-man SWAT team all certified by national instructors.
  • Developed a Corporate Security Policy for North American manufacturing and corporate office facilities.
