VP& GM, Pine Chemicals Low Carbon Solutions: September 2024 to Present

• Established new Pine Chemicals Business, building the organization and leading a highly engaged team in generating $73M in EBIT in 2025 and on track to deliver $95M in 2026 and $128M in 2027.
• Collaboratively led a joint team with one of our largest Chemicals customers to maintain their operations in spite of a co-located mill closure, while growing margins with that customer and ensuring long term value for both businesses.
• Established IP’s Low Carbon Solutions Business, building the organization and leading a team responsible for development of the business strategy and three initial $500M+ investment projects on multiple mill sites with revenue and tax credit estimated to generate more than $150M per site, per year.
• Key areas of development include facility vetting, technology selection, government relations and regulatory compliance, attracting infrastructure investment, capital project and EPC management, as well as carbon credit off take negotiations, JV / SPV structure and governance, and the associated legal agreements.

VP&GM, East Area – Packaging Solutions: February 2023 to September 2024

• $2B per year in revenue across 34 packaging facilities across the northeast US, responsible for P&L, safety, commercial and manufacturing operations, capital planning and execution, business optimization and local M&A.
• Contributed to overall business strategy and turn-around plan for our North American Packaging Business as one of four new Area VPs reporting to the President of IP’s US based business.
• Responsible for driving commercial excellence across all Areas of the Packaging Business via establishment of profitability focused General Management Training program that was successfully implemented across the business.
• Business EBIT improvement in the East Area of $28M in 2023 $42M in 2024.

Director, Marketing, Strategy & Innovation: February 2021 to February 2023

• Responsible for business and commercial strategy for $2.6B Global Cellulose Fibers business within IP in turn-around that would see the business move from EBIT of $22M in 2020 to EBIT of $270M in 2023.
• Responsible for strategic marketing, business intelligence and Pine Chemicals business assessment teams, developing new supply and demand analytical tools, and a commercial council process that would allow us to better consider implications of multiple coincidental commercial negotiation outcomes in crafting offers and counteroffers in contract and new business negotiations.
• Responsible for product innovation and the 50 person development team and our development center campus. Earnings from innovative products during this period grew $30M.
