TLC is a 30 acre nursery and greenhouse facility that has160 employees and 300 thousand square feet of covered grow space. I was in charge of all facilities from electrical to plumbing and construction. Heavy forklift and skid steer experience. It was a challenge and a blessing in that every day was different. I have heavy experience with managing sub contractors and stocking necessary parts for the facility.
