  ● Skilled in use of Comcast Nt/Bp login Tools such as Watchtower, Scout, Grafana, Yeti and other apps/tools. Access
  included both NT and BP logins. This level of access provided greater visibility into pre
  and post network changes.
  ○ Led calibration activities on measuring PPE instruments to stay in compliance.
  Scheduled the training for certifications for Manhole safety, traffic control, foreign
  voltage detection
  ○ Performed FWD & RTN sweep testing to include proper equalization and
  amplifier alignment.
  ○ Performed Node Splits to include all coax splicing, pigtail transfer, and node

  ○ Isolated and repaired issues affecting downstream performance.

• I came up from Cable 101 to Troubleshooting an installs in service for 2 years then from there i got into the mentorship program under Carlo Rossi and then became a CT4 Maintenance technician I stayed with the available training through Comcast University and and NCTI . i finally achieved CT5 an that was the highest level of training at that time
• In maintenance i was on call for any outages. an I was given the G2 nodes out of gambrills i cleaned up the G2 nodes once i got my area dial in i when an helped other neighboring systems with issues or preventive maintenance
