Currently working as a Surveillance agent at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. I have experience in supervision of front-line employees. A significant customer service background in both training and instruction of new employees, overseeing the implementation of initiatives, ensuring integrity associated with job tasks. Continually assisting casino management, security at Caesars, LVMPD as well as other departments with review related tasks. Ensure employee accountability and adherence to company S.O.P.’s.
