• Managed and Trained 14 Lab personnel in performance, scheduling, work ethics, and promoting a more efficient work environment
• Performed Phlebotomy on In/Outpatient and Cancer Patients, Skilled in Lab Processing and Specimen Handling, Demonstrated Problem Resolution
• Entered Forensic Requisitions, Very knowledgeable of Chain of Custody details, Initiated Patient and Medical samples
