I started working at Montgomery Wards retail store part time while attending high school in 1998. I got hired at Porterville Departmental center nov 1st 1999 in the dietetics department. I worked as a food service tech 1 while attending Porterville College. On Feb 1 2006 I promoted to pre-licensed psych tech (safety) then passed State boards and promoted to psychiatric technician (safety) Oct of 2007. I was employed full time in the secured treatment program (STP)

• Achieved Result by completing Task with accuracy and efficiency. Developed a number of individual personalized plans to overcome maladaptive behaviors
• Supervised team of Number staff members. I was shift lead and had responsibilities of delegating individual jobs each day as well as providing protection to clients and staff and assured unit safety at all times.
• Collaborated with team of Number in the development of Project name. Attended many IPP meetings where Doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, teachers, and group leaders meet to establish yearly plans for the individuals under my care.
• Documented and resolved Issue which led to Results. Created individual plan’s daily to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase behaviors to assure individual could become successful in the community. Did monthly reports on several individuals with grafts provided by raw data taken to assure accuracy of plans in place and redid several plans if i or the team felt individual was not becoming successful
