￭Started as a Case Manager in 2011 at the Hospice level where also worked on call shifts and managed a caseload of 20-30 patients at a time with various hospice diagnosis. Trained new staff, supervised ancillary staff. Coordinated family care. Worked on call and weekend shifts for emergency visits.

￭Advanced to middle management where directed staff education and development, oversaw 4-5 case managers, 2-3 social works, spiritual care, volunteers, 5-7 CNA, staffing, scheduling, coordination with physicians and advanced practice providers.
