• MKT 3215 – Professional Selling, The course teaches students about personal selling basics through relationship development and value-based communication methods. The course taught essential selling methods which include prospecting and rapport building and needs identification and solution presentation and deal closure. The course included hands-on sales training through simulated role-playing activities.
• MKT 4560 – Advanced Sales Techniques, The course expanded basic selling competencies by teaching students to handle intricate sales situations and develop sophisticated communication methods. The course taught students consultative and strategic selling methods as well as objection management and negotiation skills for securing high-value deals. The course material was applied through extensive sales presentations and case study analysis.
• MKT 3220 – Sales Management, The course taught students how to lead sales teams while managing their sales forces. The course covered salesperson recruitment and training and motivation and evaluation together with territory planning and compensation systems and performance measurement. The course examined how to match sales strategies with organizational objectives while using CRM tools to handle pipelines.
