- Job responsibilities: To design and implement the QA systems in ProcessCompliance and DocComplinace for a company of over 1600 users, investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot emergent system errors, identify, design, propose, test, and implement system changes, collaborate with CoPs.

- Other responsibilities: Interface with system vendor experts to resolve software issues, implement configuration changes in Quality Systems, conduct weekly server maintenance and daily data loads, manage user permissions for all company and vendor users.
