Phi Sigma Kappa: Alpha Chapter

Chapter President 

• Organized executive meetings with agencies, campus administration, alumni network, and law enforcement. Facilitated large-scale philanthropy, social, and recruitment events which generated revenue for our Chapter and non-profit organizations.
• Oversaw all executive and non-executive committees, while overseeing our over sixty-thousand dollar budget each semester, controlling the distribution and collecting of those funds.
• Developed and monitored the Chapter's risk and housing manager and all procedures established to mitigate any potential liabilities that may occur from events, guests, or the infrastructure of the headquarters.

Recruitment Chairmen 

• Oversaw three recruitment seasons at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, while simultaneously running the marketing team for the Chapter. Scheduling weekly events with campus administration, alumni, and the members of our Chapter.
• Conducted rapid interviews for hundreds of applicants, risk analysis, and committee voting.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chairmen (DEI)

• Promoted the importance of DEI within our organization, often incorporating new strategies to excel in this role with the Recruitment Chairmen. Focusing on developing a diverse membership from all demographics within the Phi Sigma Kappa organization.
• Scheduled events for Chapter members that focused on celebrating the many different backgrounds that make up our organization.

UMass Amherst: Biological Undergraduate Research Club

• Conducted research projects regarding issues in the field of natural sciences with fellow College of Natural Science (CNS) students. Examining labs, research opportunities, internships, independent research, and seminars.
