I'm an experienced computer repair technician with a little over 10 years in the computer repair industry. I've worked on a variety of computer hardware in the Point-of-Sale sector. I have experience in dealing with different versions of the Microsoft Windows operating system and I'm familiar with different brands of computer hardware such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc. I'm a driven learner and love tinkering with things figuring out what makes them tick. I'm eager to learn newer technology and learn how the repair process is with devices such as phones. I'm currently taking courses from HCC to eventually earn my A+ Certification and Computer Support Specialist Certificate.
