Key Responsibilities

• Busser / Front‑of‑House - clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  Refill condiments, water, and bussing stations; assist servers as needed. Running food and beverages to the tables.
  Maintain clean dining room, entryways, restrooms, and service stations.
  Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Kitchen Prep - prepare ingredients (wash, chop, portion) following recipes and food safety standards.
• Stock and rotate inventory; label and date food items.
  Assist cooks during peak service with basic cook/assembly tasks as directed.
  Clean and sanitize prep stations, equipment, and utensils; follow cross‑contamination prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma

•Prior experience in the restaurant industry Bussing, serving and customer service.

•Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in hot/cold environments.

•Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Team orientation and work ethic

•Strong detail to cleanliness and detail.

•Able to work in a team oriented environment. Prioritize on tasks in a fast paced environment with strong time management.

• Dependable , punctual with self motivation. Works closely with servers, bussers, cooks and management.
