Practicum/Intern Student
1 Year 10 Months- Applied positive behavioral techniques as directed (i.e. redirection, reinforcement).
- Engaged respectfully and empathetically with young adults with IDD, recognizing their diverse communication styles, needs, and backgrounds.
- Supervised vocational hours weekly and properly documented the work day for our Community Ambassadors.
- Collaborated and delegated tasks to BraveHeart Community Ambassadors and interns to receive and deliver blankets to recipients ranging from nearby states to outside of the country.
