As an Instructor at EDMO, I instruct a STEAM/SEL based curriculum, fostering a positive and energetic learning environment. I build strong bonds with students, manage classroom activities, and maintain an organized structure. My role involves leading engaging recreational activities that promote teamwork and community building. I am also responsible for inventory management, classroom setup, and cleanup, while also participating in staff meetings and professional development. Committed to ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience, I exemplified and reinforced social emotional learning (SEL) skills, including empathy, responsibility, and problem-solving.

In my role, I ensured daily store operations ran efficiently and on schedule, overseeing the financial performance and managing staff behavior. I handled weekly timesheet assignments for multiple store locations, conducted interviews, and facilitated the recruitment and training of new staff members. My responsibilities also included organizing product launches, implementing strategies to grow our membership base, and managing store opening and closing procedures.

At Target, I ensured the store was consistently stocked with shopping carts and maintained high cleanliness standards, including proper hazard awareness for safety (e.g., wet floor signs, broken glass). I managed financial transactions efficiently while operating the register, contributing to a smooth and safe shopping experience for customers.
