Coordinating and facilitating State funded projects, consisting of Metal Working, Welding, Construction & Installation of finished products by educating and training as many as 12 Inmates at a time using real-life industrial manufacturing processes with modern technology to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

• Adaptable to a wide variety of technical projects with varying degrees of difficulty.
• Supervises Inmates ensuring proper safety with use of tools and equipment
• Observes and Evaluates Inmates work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
• Engages Inmates in practical conversations that engage critical thinking, creativity leading to understanding and collaboration to finalize projects.
• Maintains equipment, tools and supplies to meet project needs, including daily tool counts.
