- I lead an incredibly talented group of people who resource, project manage and archive all of the marketing projects within the company. Anything from Young Living that has a word, design, photo or video runs through this team.
- I worked with cross functioning teams to create the Marketing process. I frequently follow up with those teams to audit that process, test new ideas for efficiency, train, and implement.

- I created, managed and audited project processes so that there is organization and efficiency.
- I was also the lead admin that brought our first project management software on board for Global Headquarters Marketing departments and other's who needed the software as well (Workfront).
