Answer incoming calls on the hotline and solve issues and code premium shipment accordingly. Monitor and follow-up with behind schedule suppliers and resolve issues. Directly responsible for monitoring and maintaining integrity on all loads involving ODC and milk runs, truck loads direct and all CTII and CWCE LTL moves into Ford Motor Co.
