I began my career at Academy in the shoe department in 2021. I then transitioned to working inventory control within 1 year of being with the company. I’m the key contributor on both the operations and loss prevention teams in minimizing shrink through visibility of high theft categories and better inventory controls. I also monitor and accurately report adjustments and discrepancies to the store technology to ensure the company’s security standards are maintained. Some of my other duties include fulfillment of responsibility for all picking, packing, and shipping functions within the store to deliver an efficient and exciting experience for customers.
