Teaching Philosophy

I believe that every student can achieve their own level of success with the right guidance, educational framework and through teacher to student relationship. Through my years of teaching both in persona and online/virtually, I believe that establishing a level respect between the student and myself is the key to success.

In my experience with online education, I foster an environment of free and open line of communication. Where students are able to explore their ideas, concerns and educational goals. In psychology and social sciences, I like to create an educational experience that enhances critical thinking, self reflection and the multidimensional analysis of human behavioral constructs.

I focus on consistency, communication and accountability. I aim to keep the students focused nd emotionally uplifted to minimize self-doubt and secure a productive and respectful environment. I pride myself of effective, thoughtful and thought provoking comments in every assignment or discussion that is completed. My aim is to not merely pass the student in a subject but to prepare them with critical, relevant, and applicable skills and knowledge for their educational and personal life journey.
