2007 - 2013: Designed, developed, and supported eGate engine interfaces.
Supported on-call production eGate interfaces during and after business hours.
In 2013, I worked on a conversion project to convert HL7 interfaces from the eGate engine to the IBM Integration Bus, IB9.
Currently working on converting HL7 messages from IBM IIB9 to the Corepoint Integration Engine.
Primary role: Code and develop engine interfaces using specification documents provided by the customer. Once developed and tested locally, deploy to the test environment for customers to test. Participate in testing, and make necessary code changes as needed. The interface is ready to be executed and deployed to production once the project team approves. Update all necessary documents for this project, for my team to support.
Support role: rotate on-call for engine support. Respond to incidents and customer issues in a timely manner. Identify the production issue, and communicate or resolve the issue accordingly.
