Summary

Although my experience is embedded in education, I primarily taught language arts. As far as proofreading abilities, I am highly skilled in editing for grammar, spelling, language usage, and overall content for clarity and consistency. I was often sought out by my colleagues to proofread documents. I find it very rewarding to increase my vocabulary and practice this daily. I accomplish this by reading a variety of genres. I keep a journal of my newly acquired words and strive to use them in my day to day conversations. I am also highly skilled in grammar and language usage. I pay very close attention to detail in many aspects of my life, particularly when proofreading documents. I am currently enrolled in an online proofreading course to further my experience in this area.
