Over my 13-year tenure at Gilead Sciences, I have consistently pursued opportunities to tackle complex, high-impact challenges. I began in Clinical Operations as a Clinical Project Assistant and advanced to Clinical Trial Lead of some of our largest Phase 3 clinical trials. Recognizing the need for operational efficiency, I transitioned to the Systems and Process team. Since 2022, I have been a key contributor in the Portfolio Strategy and Analytics group, my work focuses on maximizing portfolio value and reporting. In 2025, I am also supporting an enterprise-wide initiative focused on improving decision making at Gilead.

- Utilize models (probability of technical and regulatory success (PTRS) and net present value (NPV)) to create visuals of the portfolio displaying value and risk for leadership.
- Worked with multiple departments to create visuals and milestones for externally reporting, including the quarterly earnings calls and JP Morgan Healthcare Conference.
- Instituted consistent guidelines and documentation for portfolio analysis processes. This activity supported the automation of many of our manual reports and better data for decision making.
- Lead special projects with high impact. In 2025 I led the Key Performance Indicator collection process for the Development organization.
