• Program Lead in determining strategy and implementation of a Certified to Use program for Deloitte’s ~20k consulting practitioners. This was a quality assurance program to ensure delivery excellence. This included program awareness campaigns, process automation strategy using ServiceNow workflows, SharePoint forms, and a centralized data store of approved tools to expedite the use of new tools from a 12 week approval process to less than 4 weeks.
• Led a team in the creation of an Internal Architecture Excellence program involving the strategy and implementation of a centralized Architecture Advisory team to advise on architectures for their client and internal solutions that resulted in quality, security and standardized improvements in Deloittes technical deliverables.
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.

Sales/Pursuits

• Provided strategy, support and program preparation for Deloitte’s lead partners in the Cloud Technology, Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment sectors. This involved pipeline management, growth play strategies and client lab creations for Deloitte’s premier clients in these sectors to grow market share over a 3 year period.
• Prepared AWS and GCP focused Gaming pursuit and partnership materials. Led the AWS partnership exploration for Deloitte and AWS Gaming Sales teams.
• Supported the pursuit strategy for Deloitte’s Premier Broadcast Media and Entertainment clients.
• Led the preparation and supported the execution of a Cloud workshop to enable subsequent Cloud sales for a large, premier technology client.

Internal Firm Projects

• Program Lead for standing up a new program internal to Deloitte to enable the training and certification of 20k practitioners in Cloud Native Development to prepare for clients’ demand of Pivotal Cloud Foundry and DevOps certified consultants.
• Local Office Cloud Champion – Organize local office events for networking, community and relationship building. This included lunch and learns, town hall meetings, charity events and various offsite team events.

Client Projects

• Cable MSO - Evaluated the current state of the client’s primary product and recommended modernization for technical, process and culture changes to allow for scalability, security and stabilization of the product resulting in improved time to market deployments, faster feature releases and improved up time of the service.
• FinTech Client - Led the PMO (Project Management Office) team in planning the implementation of DevOps/SAFe processes, technologies and culture shifts. The initial focus was on the Operational organization to implement efficiencies resulting in improved speed to market, faster time to detect and recover from issues and the ability to scale on demand. All of this improved customer satisfaction of this popular financial service.
• Financial Institution- Prepared the plan and the advisory for a Data Center Migration and cloud implementation for a mid sized Financial organization to successfully centralize their on-prem and co-located data center infrastructure from 3 data centers to 1. Doing this enabled them to organize their application portfolio and begin plans for a Cloud migration within the next 6 months.
• Higher Education – Program Lead for the end-to-end testing and application introduction strategy for an AWS cloud based Student Information System being implemented by a third party vendor for a major higher Education University. This project was successfully deployed in the fall of 2018 and is in use today.
• Health Care Entity- Managed the specification, development, testing and delivery of an automated testing tool for a major Health Care Entity that afforded the centralization of their product development and allowed for a significant reduction in test setup and implementation of repeatable test scenarios to be performed in parallel.

• Program Leadership for the implementation of DevOps and Agile practices across multiple organizations and Fortune 100 vendors, transforming processes and culture to leverage the cloud-based technologies being implemented.
• Formed and led the teams that built/migrated over 350 applications onto cloud native systems within 2 years saving millions of dollars in capital.
• Staffed and managed the teams that delivered to the organization: zero downtime deployments - ensuring high customer satisfaction, natural geo-redundancy and disaster recovery – providing business continuity.
• Directed the cloud development teams to deliver the highest level of security including PCI and CPNI compliance.
• Built, managed and led Cloud software development and testing teams to support DevOPS rapid delivery and high levels of automation.
• Managed annually in excess of $60M of Development Capital and over $5M annually expense, growing from $10M annual budget in 2013.

• Program Lead for the development of the first MSO implementation of IP Cable TV Services on Mobile platforms for all North America rated #1 for Entertainment in Apple Store.
• Software team leadership of a significant number of major projects from 2010 to 2014 including software development teams, testing, and proactive monitoring and continuous integration methods.
• Management annual capital budgets in excess of $15M for all software development teams. Responsible for strategic planning for all of Consumer Applications Software teams for budget exceeding $10M to $20M for other years.

• Program Lead for the development of the Industry first VOIP Optimum Voice service introduced in 2002 and all feature enhancements through 2009.

• Supported the coaching staff by creating Game analysis statistics for Offense, Defense and Special Teams coaching staffs to determine plays to use in the next game against that opponent, sideline templates for in game usage, and online playbooks.

• Responsible for developing and delivery of internal and onsite training classes for various end user software applications.
