I generally only work high-volume events at this property, as they have a very large on call staff list and are union, with prioritization given to full and part time colleagues. I tend to be assigned specific tasks such as roll ups or clearing. I have a great rapport with my fellow workers and am known to be prompt and helpful.

I collaborate with kitchen staff, going over BEO timelines, menus, meal service planning, food allergies, etc to help keep things running smoothly.


I maintain clear communication channels between all departments involved in banquets, including catering, sales staff, and clients themselves,making sure we are meeting client expectations, doing our best to accomodate last minute changes when possible, and simply keeping us all on the same page.
