  • Traveled to Moscow to actively participate in a World Bank mission for transportation loan; met with Russia's minister of Protection of Environment and Natural Resources to assess DME alternative fuel to provide strategic advice to respective agencies.
  • Led MTBE interagency taskforce in response to environmental concerns. Prepared communications, updated agency website, and developed public educational material of the fuel additive. Presented informative updates of EPAs actions at national conferences.
  • Helped to successfully implement the Reformulated Gasoline (RFG) program, including writing regulations and participating in stakeholder task forces.
