  • Responsible as the system transitioned into EMR with EPIC 3/3/2018. Worked on software build, SCUBA Supplies from prior legacy software ensuring all implants, supplies, equipment were addressed with chargeability, revenue code, and any applicable HCPC Code.
  • Reviewed these daily in nightly reports the next day to return chargeability and correct charge code to be updated in supply file for supply chain as well as being listed correctly in EPIC ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Analyzed EMR records and transactions for accuracy and completeness during audits.
  • Collaborated with the various departments including OR, Surgi-Center, Endoscopy, Labor and Delivery, Cath Lab, and occasionally Interventional Radioligy. Establishing best practices to improvement of processes
