Support patients throughout their treatment journey since launch of BioMarin Achondroplasia therapy. Serves as the main point of contact for the caregiver throughout the duration of treatment while providing extensive education to caregivers on the safe and effective use of the product.

• Manage territory of up to 250 patients who are at different levels of their treatment journey
• Provide comprehensive training to caregivers for Achondroplasia specialty medication which included reconstitution and injection training tailored to needs of each patient and caregiver.
• Collaborated with multiple members of account team who included Account Manager, Case Manager, Field Reimbursement Manager, and Field Clinical Coordinator to ensure smooth and timely initiation of treatment.
• Delivered benefits investigations to caregivers and provided coverage authorization support.
• Appointed to Achondroplasia Field Advisory Brand Committee (2023 and 2024), Engagement Council (2022 - Present)

• Provided extensive disease education to patients and caregivers to ensure understanding of disease management
• Provided in-service education to Specialty Pharmacies, Infusion Nurses, and Healthcare professionals which includes ultra-rare disease management and their FDA approved infusion products
• Managed territory of approximately 45 patients across seven states
• Build and maintain professional relationships with accounts located within assigned territory
• Work collaboratively with several account team members including Account Managers, Case Managers, and Nursing team
• Ability to adapt to changes that may occur within territories or industry and demonstrates flexibility
• Provided cross territory coverage to ensure that all patient and account needs are met.

• Assisted with Orphan Drug product launch, along with helping in development of new per diem business model
• Provided in-home education to patients for Endocrinology drug which includes device training, reconstitution of medication, and self-injection
• Coordinated with Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Hub Services, and Regional Educators to create best patient experience
• Assisted Project Lead with coordination and management of approximately 12 Per Diem Nurse Educators within Central United States region
• Participated in writing and revision of standard operating procedures
• Developed training materials and assisted in initial and ongoing training of Per Diem Nurse Educators
• Met 100% of Key Performance Indicators.
