• Complete tear down of power-ends, remove and inspect all components-bearings, seals, gaskets, hoses.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Reassemble power-end and test.
• Clean all parts and inspect.
• Kept work areas organized and clean to maximize productivity.

Coordinated inventory from fabrication to distributed to paint facility's, I was in charge of making sure that all inventory comes back correctly, I also have done Building and assembly of FRAC units.

• Prepared for production by checking inventory levels of items needed to complete work.
• Monitored project progress and presented status to leaders to solve productivity issues.

• Checked for leaks and defects on vacuum and mechanical assemblies.

• Inserted and positioned materials and clamped, spliced and fitted parts using hand and power tools.
