I have personally appraised numerous Single Family Residences, Small Income-producing properties (2-4 units), and Condominiums. Some of the Residential Appraisals I have performed adhered to the strict requirements of FHA.

Furthermore, in this position I inspected properties for valuation purposes, making use of my knowledge of the surrounding communities (including trends in their real estate market within Southern California) and the physical features of the properties in question in cooperation with governmental regulations and industry standards. This position also involved physically inspecting the properties and identifying potential pitfalls and areas in need of repair.

Majority of my clients are lenders who have have relied on my appraisals, I have a record of providing high-quality valuations in a timely manner, which has been used for a wide range of purposes including mortgage financing, estate planning and investment decisions. Although the final appraisal estimate is important, I also have a record of communicating nuanced appraisal findings into insightful reports that has enabled clients to make better decisions.

Furthermore, I am able to listen and understand issues that are unique to each real estate transaction, whether in urban or suburban areas. I am willing to discuss challenging valuation issues and will do what I have to do to get a reliable valuation. My reports will stand up to examination and scrutiny, and help to facilitate a successful real estate transaction.

• On-boarded new agents to complete BPO's and guided them with company’s policies and procedures.
• Primary point of contact for any questions regarding completing a BPO
• Assigned BPO's/appraisals to agents nationwide, following up to ensure timely processing

• Worked closely with Bombardier Supplier Readiness Team to tract parts for Bombardier's business class Global 7000 aircraft
• Assisted in identifying any possible inefficiencies and helping to expedite parts to ship to the final assembly line
• Daily task included updating daily shipments on Bombardier's backlog to ensure that parts are shipping and if there are any possible delays
• Communicate with supplier's production, inspection, and shipping personnel to ensure that parts are moving within their scheduled time
• Conduct daily meeting with Bombardier's logistics/production team to provide visibility for parts in process and to communicate any possibly challenges supplier may be facing
