Accomplishments

Working for Frys Food I have been sent to multiple stores to help correct departmental issues while training associates to sustain behaviors that positively affects customer perception and customer relations to the business. In my most recent location I had been sent to I had corrected behaviors that was negatively affecting sales which resulted in a twenty percent increase in revenue in the first year of being there and going into the second year we have sustained that growth plus an addition eight percent. In the process of correcting these sales our loss had decreased by half of the previous fiscal year. This meat department also spent less on labor to achieve these results while becoming more efficient due to proper training on company policies and processes. The moral of the department increased during this time due to a better understanding of what was expected and a better teamwork dynamic that existed.
