I started the role of property management to increase my knowledge of maintenance and repair for my own personal goals. In this role I handle my main weekly workload along with maintaining any assets that have issues along the way. I also spent a lot of time partnering and following up with external contractors to make repairs and for any big store projects assigned by the company. The main goal for my position is to save the company from having to hire external vendors to repair internal assets along with keeping the building up to codes and standards For the safety of the team and guests. Using my past experience with the store level, I've been elevating my store to correct habits and patterns to make preventative maintenance that much easier.

Primarily started out as a roadie for the company during my spare time on the weekends. I very quickly added more responsibility to my job by taking on lighting and sound. I'm in charge of setting up and operating all lighting and visual displays, along with all sound equipment. This included troubleshooting prior and during the events as needed for best execution and quality.

• Set up soundboards, microphones, amplifiers, audio lines, monitors and speakers to satisfy production needs for live and taped programming.
• Reduced setup time for live performances by efficiently organizing and assembling audio gear.

Started working for target towards the end of my senior year of high school in 2017. I was at the Medford location for almost six years before I transferred to another location. In this time period I started in food services but made my way to signing specialist and found myself learning every bit of the store process there was.

* Planned and executed signing for the whole store. Hanging signing from ceiling to floor.

* Set the stores aisles and fixtures throughout the store for my weekly workload

* Was a part of the truck unloading process to support the store when they needed it most.

* Worked in our order delivery and pick up center all season long. Especially during holiday peak seasons

* Learned management and developmental skills to rise in the business ladder. Spent three years leading different store teams and running different store departments as a challenge to myself.
